About

Every person has a unique history and varied experience, and I am a seasoned therapist who will listen and help you envision a path forward in your life. Therapy is a process of integrating past experiences, learning to live in the present, and finding hope for the future. I offer services for adult clients of all ages in the areas of mental health, wellness, and trauma. I am interested in what brings someone to therapy at a given time, and my approach is strengths-based and collaborative.

My clinical experience includes extensive work in community mental health, individual therapy and medical social work. I enjoy engaging with clients in a process of self-discovery, healing and empowerment. As a social worker, I consider the "person in environment", so I am interested in working with you in a holistic way.

Feel free to contact me for an initial phone consultation. We will determine if I would be a good fit for you.
