I work with a broad variety of individuals and additionally have focuses on depression, anxiety, medical/healthcare providers and chronic illness. I provide dynamic counseling, psychotherapy, and support in a safe setting. As a therapist I am active in the room providing feedback and challenges as appropriate. I use existential psychodynamic techniques, CBT, Reality Therapy, motivational interviewing and bibliotherapy and apply the principles and procedures of counseling to assess and treat client issues. I collaborate when appropriate, with primary care providers and psychiatrists, providing monitoring and feedback of client progress.
