Are you struggling with the weight of past experiences? Do you find it challenging to set healthy boundaries or to break free from unhelpful patterns? I’m Mary Kate, a PLPC who works with individuals to help navigate these struggles and build the tools they need for lasting change. My approach is rooted in the belief that change is possible when we actively engage with the present moment and take intentional steps to rewrite the patterns that no longer serve us. Having worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, I understand the complexity and deep impact trauma can have on your life. I create a safe, compassionate space to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences, using trauma-sensitive methods that honor your pace and emotional needs. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University in August 2024. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts from Maryville University in August 2021. I have prior experience in the mental health field and have been practicing with clients for over a year. Please reach out if you have questions!
