Trauma, Anxiety, Codependency, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Couples and marriage counseling, Family counseling, Grief counseling , Highly sensitive person (empath), Personality disorders, Narcissistic abuse, Domestic violence recovery, Sexual abuse recovery, Career counseling, Divorce counseling, Obsessive-compulsive disorder We will be gathering information about your problem and your goals for counseling. We will also do a bit of emotional archeology to see if there are any underlying subconscious motivations that need to be brought to the surface. When you become conscious of subconscious drives, triggers, or trauma you become conscious of what to do about it.
