With a Cognitive Behavioral education, I specializes in helping individuals and couples through challenging times, such as relationship/family difficulties, infertility, hospital trauma, life-limiting diagnosis, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and have completed Phases 1, 2, 3 and 4, and have advanced training in; Brainspotting through the perinatal lens, Freeze to Thaw phases 1 & 2, as well as Brain Science.
