I want to help people shake off the feelings of shame and guilt around sexual expression because they hinder us from growth. I aim to build a comfortable environment to free yourself from sexual guilt and shame. I work with anyone struggling with communication, sex, gender identity, cross-dressing and feeling outside of societal norms and expectations. I approach our work from a systemic and strengths based perspective which means I see your life as an ecosystem. Within that ecosystem are dozens of connecting factors and patterns that create your current status quo. Together, we will find the patterns keeping you from your goals while also highlighting your strengths and progress. You deserve to feel seen and heard. You deserve a space in which you feel safe and able to process your currents difficulties.
