Therapists » Pre-Licensed Professional
First and foremost, you are not alone. I have personally experienced the transformative power of therapy and consider it one of the greatest gifts in my life. Before transitioning into mental health counseling, I spent seven years as the Nutrition Manager at a residential treatment center. I am passionate about helping any individual heal their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and food, as well as supporting caregivers and families as they navigate the challenges of eating disorders. My goal is to cultivate genuine connection and authenticity through warmth and curiosity. With years of experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image issues, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply these challenges can affect all aspects of a person’s life. I am dedicated to a holistic approach to health that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—because true healing is my ultimate goal for every client. I understand how crucial it is to find the right therapist. I’m happy to schedule a 15 minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit, and if not, I can provide a list of referrals. I'd be honored and delighted to help you in any way I can!
