Depending on client needs I also draw from CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), strength based, trauma informed, and other modalities & methods. Techniques are from play, art, narrative, bibliotherapy, inner child work & motivational interviewing. As a CCS I also offer supervision for counselors using a blended modal.
