I am a marriage and family therapy associate with a creative, collaborative, client-centered, and compassionate approach to therapy. I journey with clients and families of all ages as they navigate anxiety, perfectionism, eating disorders, depression, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, parenting issues, and life transitions. I have found that I work exceptionally well with children of all ages, as well as with children and their families who have experienced the loss of a parent or a sibling. I also enjoy working with teachers. I look forward to using animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Pippi, once she is fully trained. View 5 Photos With me, the therapy room is a place for exploration. I use art, writing, storytelling, play, and Internal Family Systems to help make the abstract more concrete and progress more possible. Since I taught and coached middle and high school students for 11 years, I am well-suited to working with families navigating this phase of life. As a survivor of childhood cancer, I know life doesn't always go as planned. Whatever your struggles, you and your family deserve to have someone who listens and supports you on the road to hope and healing. The first step on this journey is reaching out. I look forward to hearing your story.
