About

I believe that there is hope no matter your struggle. Whether you are processing grief or navigating relational conflict, looking at your struggles through a systematic lens allows for a fuller and deeper healing for every individual and ultimately every relationship. My main areas of focus are pre-martial, martial issues, communication, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, postpartum depression/anxiety, pregnancy loss, life transitions, and grief. I believe that when we work to be healthier individuals we create healthier marriages, families, and communities!

I am a facilitator for the SYMBIS assessment and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also pull skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Whether you are an individual looking to process trauma, a family looking to create peace in your home, or a couple looking to strengthen your relationship there is a way forward that provides clarity, understanding, and growth. My hope is to help my clients reach a deeper understanding of themselves so that they are able to achieve their goals.
