Having trouble navigating through life? Hitting roadblocks within different relationships? Do you have doubt about your identity and worth? I am available to provide a safe, open space in which we can work collaboratively to support you in your journey of healing. I have a background of working with youth and children dealing with depression, anxiety and the throws of life. Personally I identify as a cis-female, Black and Filipina, heterosexual therapist. I have personally experienced prenatal loss/ stillbirth. I also have a background as a former LEO as well as military veteran for almost a decade. I specialize on working with clients who have experienced complex traumas due to race, gender, sexual orientation, abuse, violence, historical events and poverty. We will work together to unpack these traumas and navigate how to develop a narrative that can help strengthen ones ability to cope and thrive. My style is more direct but respectful & explorative. I am deeply committed to working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color), formerly incarcerated, LGBTQ ally, non-normative relationships, trans, Law Enforcement/First Responders as well as Veteran communities. I find it a privilege for you to share your story with me, and I look forward to hearing from you.
