About

Whether you’ve been living with an eating disorder for years or just a short time, it can often feel like you’re caught in diet culture and facing a battle to find available, qualified support. I’m a therapist dedicated to guiding women and non-binary individuals develop a fresh and achievable path to recovery. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders with co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, substance abuse, chronic health problems, and trauma (both big and small).

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that true healing involves addressing the whole person — not just the eating disorder symptoms but the deeper aspects of self. Having overcome a long-term eating disorder myself, I now deeply appreciate the privilege of applying the lessons I’ve learned to serve my clients.

In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, lighthearted, and safe space where you will be validated and actively supported. Your sessions will be customized to honor your unique therapy goals. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights you need while helping you build a stronger connection with yourself and the world around you.
