If so, therapy is a great place to start. Through therapy we will work to resolve the things holding you back, and get you back to feeling like yourself. Therapy isn't just for your mental health, but your physical and emotional health as well. It's an investment in your present as well as your future. I am a Licensed School Counselor with a LCP-T in Kansas, I have been working with school aged children as well as individuals struggling with trauma and mental illness. I'm passionate about therapy and developing skills to handle tomorrows struggles. I grew up in Kansas City, Mo and Graduated from Emporia State with a Masters in School Counseling and am currently working on my Graduate degree in Clinical Counseling. I am a former athlete who enjoys a challenge, watching new movies, trying new things, and enjoy spending time with my family.
