About

Are you struggling to connect in your relationship? Has communication become challenging and unproductive? Do you feel that you are losing grip on yourself or losing sight of the love in your relationship while life’s stress and challenges swirl around you? I want to help. My practice is dedicated to creating space for couples to process and resolve these very challenges. My role is to help couples make sense of complex situations and emotions that may feel confusing or hurtful. I will guide you through a process of connection, healing, and growth.

I collaborate with both partners to create a safe environment where each partner feels heard and respected and where they both can define the course and goals of therapy. I provide education, skill development, and coaching and help clients explore deeper issues.

During therapy, clients develop a better understanding of themselves and of their partner and begin to create new, more productive and fulfilling ways of communicating and relating. I use humor, warmth, and curiosity to connect with clients and create a therapy process that is collaborative and productive. My style is active, compassionate, and realistic.
