About

Whether life has thrown you a curve, or you find yourself on a “hamster wheel” repeating unhealthy patterns, therapy provides an avenue to increase your self-awareness, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop resiliency when faced with challenges, all of which will serve to improve your relationship with others and even with yourself. I offer you a safe place to tell your story in an atmosphere of acceptance. Therapy is a lot of work, but it is worthwhile work. When you are ready to understand what happened, when you're ready to stop having the same relationship over and over, I'm here and ready to help.

I have experience working with clients who have severe, persistent mental health diagnoses, as well as individuals experiencing distress from life transitions and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, educational, and client centered. I also have extensive experience in working with clients who have chronic physical diagnoses as well.

My strengths as a therapist are my genuine interest in you and your experience, compassionate objectivity, and a sense of humor. I am committed to seeing you as whole person, not merely a diagnosis or collection of behaviors, and then assisting you with clarifying your goals and reaching them. Please text or email to set a time for a brief consult call.
