I am licensed in Georgia with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder, & depression. I also have experience with addiction, schizophrenia, anger issues and numerous other disorders. I am EMDR trained and a Certified Clinical Trauma Expert as well as holding certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also use a number of other counseling techniques, as I believe we can learn from each one. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
