About

Hello! I am accepting new tele-health clients for psychotherapy and the Safe and Sound Protocol. Throughout our lives, we navigate cultural, familial, religious, educational, work and other communities that challenge us individually to live freely and authentically. Your unique experiences mean you can take many different pathways to reach the same goal. I have a background in a range of approaches including family systems therapy, somatic therapy, yoga nidra, EMDR, cognitive, interpersonal, mindfulness-based, meditation and movement therapy. Collaboratively we can explore your goals and make a plan to restore your inner balance.

Please visit my scheduling website (click "my website" button to the right) or email me to request either a 20-min video meeting for questions about my practice or a 60-min new client appt. Please note, if you are interested in the Safe and Sound Protocol and you already have a therapist, you can participate in this alongside your regular therapy.

I recognize the importance of being informed, exercising humility and of speaking out against injustices experienced by oppressed communities and am committed to continuing to work to promote diversity, equity, and love in the communities I participate in and around the world.
