In a safe, non-judgmental space, I'll work with you to process emotional wounds, reduce self-doubt, and help you build I have experience with different types of issues including grief and loss, crisis stabilization, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, childhood disorders, and addictions. I also have years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with BPD. I incorporate a holistic approach while utilizing DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. One of my biggest strengths includes using inner-child therapy to help clients connect to and communicate with their inner child and to process trauma or other maladaptive states. I am attuned to the client, I pay attention to their verbal and non-verbal communication, and to listen without judgement.
