I hold space for adults who are healing from childhood trauma, racial trauma, and gendered trauma. Trauma means that you've faced deeply stressful events that have left significant physical, emotional, or spiritual scars. Trauma can disrupt your sleep and hijack your thought processes, often anchoring you in a state of constant fear or anger.
