About

Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for getting more of what you want from life. Whether you are considering psychotherapy for the first time or returning after time away, I commend you for taking this step toward self-growth. During my 20 years in the mental health field and as a clinical psychologist, I've worked with a broad range of people and find the work deeply rewarding. Some issues people bring to treatment include: facing problematic patterns in life and work, loneliness and low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, family conflict, separation/divorce, depression and anxiety, difficulty meeting goals.

I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, taking an explorative, supportive approach to treatment. Patients tell me they appreciate my compassionate, non-judgmental, and insightful manner. Currently, I have openings for couples therapy, family therapy and co-parenting in the aftermath of divorce/separation.

Contact me via phone or email to schedule an initial 60 minute consultation or to set up a 15 minute phone call to speak before setting up a first appointment. While I am not currently accepting new individual patients, you are welcome to schedule an intake session to clarify your treatment needs and get assistance with a suitable referral.
