Knowing what happened to you is important but I don’t believe there’s something wrong with you. If you can't believe this for yourself yet, I'll believe it for you until you do. I work collaboratively with you to create meaningful goals, implement strategies, develop skills, shift unhelpful patterns, let go of unhelpful stories and establish positive habits. I am Level Two certified in EMDR. I incorporate aspects of acceptance commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I am deeply empathic, and strive to truly understand you. I’m honored by the connections I make with people of all ages, genders, cultures, and religions.
