If you are looking at this website you, or someone you love, is hurting and you're not sure what to do about it. Asking a stranger for help is a difficult move to make and I acknowledge the courage that has gotten you this far. I honor that you are doing the very best you can with the knowledge and resources that you currently have available and I can help you build on your own strengths to do even better. A joyful and rewarding life is your birthright and I'd like to help you reclaim that gift. My approach is compassionate and supportive. I will help you to develop your own intuitive compass and will teach you skills that can increase self-empowerment and allow you to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Together we will work to reduce your self-defeating behaviors while increasing your personal effectiveness. My approach combines the Eastern philosophies of mindfulness and radical acceptance with contemporary research based techniques. I also offer experiential psychotherapy with the most mindful and compassionate of co-facilitators: Apollo, Ringo and Cobalt, my three horses. I offer both group and individual equine assisted therapy sessions.
