About

Hello, I'm Mark. I specialize in LGBTQ+, adoption, trauma, and anxiety related issues. Do you feel overwhelmed, unheard, sad, or frustrated? Does internalized homophobia hinder your ability to create the life and relationships you desire? Do you compartmentalize your feelings and responses in different places or have hard time expressing your needs? Traumas has a way of preventing you from moving forward in your life. Finding solutions is easier when we break them down into smaller pieces or view them from different perspectives. These are some of the areas I can help you express your needs, feel heard and live the life you want.

My relational approach focuses on building the trust and confidence necessary to feel empowered in your own life and achieve the relationships you desire. The adoption and LGBTQ community often feel shut down. My role is to facilitate your transformation from not only feeling comfortable and confident in our sessions, but also in your daily life.

Through a series of corrective positive experiences and the trust achieved in our work together, you will feel empowered to take control of your life and relationships. I mostly conduct sessions online. I also offer a unique therapy approach called Walking Forward, which takes place in Central Park. I look forward to hearing from you.
