Mark has a diverse skill-set developed through his work in residential treatment. He has worked in school settings as well as the direct care of high-risk clients. Mark utilizes a primarily person-centered approach to counseling. He empowers his clients to use critical thinking to identify and cope with the struggles they face. Mark works with clients to reinforce their strengths and encourage positive growth. Mark also has experience in facilitating mindfulness exercises with his clients and encourages the development of mindfulness practices and other coping strategies as a means of self-empowerment.

Mark has a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a License as a Resident in Counseling.

Progress happens at a different rate for each client. Mark can help you discover what pace is most comfortable for you.
