Your journey is your own. Allow yourself to be free within your feelings. I am a Resident in Counseling that operates from a place of compassion and empathy. I specialize in providing individuals with the tools to manage challenges, stressors, and anxiety. We will cultivate an environment to encourage you, the client, to openly express your thoughts/emotions so that we can focus on setting goals, identifying triggers, feelings, and patterns, developing healthy/positive attitudes and behaviors, and problem-solving. Change requires patience, determination, dedication, and commitment to the therapeutic process. Welcome! As your counselor, I want to provide quality care that allows you to control your journey at your own pace. The availability of evenings and weekend sessions will let you start your journey at times that are conducive to your work or personal schedules- providing that ensured Endless Hope and Faith.
