Hello, I’m Marjorie E Sturdy and I have been providing counseling services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001. I know how difficult it can be to take that first step and allow yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger. I do not take that lightly and do my best to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where we can build a trusting relationship and positive change can happen. I believe that counseling is most effective when people are motivated and therapist and client work together as a team. Therefore, I am honest, transparent, and direct. I look forward to hearing from clients how they feel I can help them most. I offer in-person therapy in Modesto CA and video therapy that can be done with anyone living in CA from the comfort of your own home. I can help those who want more direction in life to replace toxic patterns. Gaining new insight and emotional regulation skills can help you gain deeper connection with others and get the confidence you deserve in life. Feel free to reach out.
