Hi! I'm Marissa! I want to be the support you need to find your voice when it comes to your healing, growth, and expression. Your therapeutic journey will be unique and creative by using a blend of expressive arts, talk therapy, mindfulness, and experiential therapy. You will be in a space that allows you to be able to express yourself freely and have the comfortability and confidence to explore your vulnerabilities to allow healing, growth, and guidance to flourish. I provide individual, couple, and family sessions. I practice from an experiential perspective to add creative guidance in your therapeutic journey. My focuses are OCD, trauma, divorce, addiction life transitions, anxiety, grief, co-parenting/parenting, and play therapy. I am also certified to conduct Parenting Plan Evaluations and Reunification. It is my goal to ensure you have the space to feel heard in numerous ways. Some clients enjoy talking while others enjoy tapping into their creative. In the therapy room, it is your choice to express and process how you want with me as your guidance and support.
