About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about the process of healing & transformation. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, substance use, & mood disorders, we will navigate the complexities of your experience with sensitivity, curiosity, & optimism. My practice is rooted in a deep understanding that many of the strategies which hinder us are attempts to negotiate pain, unmet emotional needs, & disconnection. By bravely confronting these coping strategies & addressing the underlying pain, we can embark on a transformative journey toward healing, reconnection, and reintegration our our authentic selves.

We will collaboratively seek to understand the roots of your symptoms to increase insight towards change. My therapeutic approach is integrative and anchored in trauma-informed methodologies, including the use attachment-based interventions, psychodynamic theory, and the practice of EMDR to address a complex range of clinical issues.

In my practice, you are not just a client; you are a unique story which seeks witnessing, understanding, growth, and healing. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your experience to uncover your strength and innate ability to emerge into a more authentic lived experience.
