About

Throughout one's life, challenges arise that one may not be able to handle on their own. We all need a safe space, support, and, at times, guidance to work through those challenges. My goal is to provide that space and support to help clients navigate through life and find solutions that work for them. When working with clients, I apply a collaborative approach when addressing anxiety, trauma, substance use, depressive disorders, and things that life can throw in the mix. Together we can work through the emotional and mental battles that are keeping clients from living their best lives, one day at a time.

I work with my clients to identify and help facilitate progress towards their goals and preferred future. Clients are the experts on their lives and know what give it meaning. I am dedicated in helping clients cultivate and engage their strengths to achieve their desired path of life.

Life can be difficult on its own. My aim is to help and support you be the best version of you so you can find solutions that work for your life now and in the future.
