About

I primarily serve children, adolescents, and young adults. When working with children and teens, I firmly believe in supporting the family as a whole and equipping parents and children with the skills needed to facilitate healthy communication and enhance family functioning overall. My specialty treatment areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, emotional regulation, and peer conflict and bullying. My theoretical approach is unique with the goal of meeting your individual needs. Primarily, my approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy.

I am passionate about walking alongside you, letting you know you are seen, heard, and not alone. My therapeutic approach aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to develop trust in yourself, the therapeutic relationship, and the process of therapy.

When working with children and adolescents, I often use play and art therapies as an alternative to traditional talk therapy. These methods provide a fun and creative way for kids and teens to express their feelings and creativity. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide the best services possible for you.
