About

In your journey to empowerment and better mental health I work to provide a safe environment, unconditional positive regard, and help cultivate the change you wish to achieve. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who have ADHD. Therapy can be an outlet in which you talk about what you want to, express true feelings about something, and the impact it has had on not only your everyday life but also your mental health. I am here to be part of a support system for you during this time. I also help women who have ADHD as they have often been overlooked and misunderstood.

I am currently able to assist in screening and treatment planning of individuals with ADHD. This includes individuals who in therapy can learn: impulse control, frustration tolerance, value in routines, mindfulness, solution skills, emotional regulation, and management of executive functioning skills.

In therapy, I provide a safe and judgement free environment in which there is collaboration and open communication. I also strive to maintain a genuine connection by understanding what it is the client hopes to achieve or explore in therapy while providing unconditional positive regard.
