As a licensed psychologist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, I take great pride in my work with patients. I utilize an individual approach, being mindful of each person's unique experiences, needs, and goals. I use evidenced-based treatments and interventions in order to help my patients successfully manage and improve psychological distress. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which are effective at treating a wide variety of mental health concerns. Through PSYPACT, I am licensed to provide telepsychology in 42 states. I work with individuals throughout the lifespan, from pre-adolescence to older adults. My specialties include eating disorders and body image concerns, anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, relationships and interpersonal problems, and adjustment disorders. Throughout my clinical experiences, I have worked within the outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care. I have worked in community mental health, college counseling, eating disorder treatment centers, and a military hospital. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you or your loved one.
