About

I believe the most important aspect in therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I take a collaborative approach and have a warm, engaging style. My goal is to help clients be their most authentic selves and feel more connected in their lives. Many people struggle because of traumas, losses, poor self-esteem, and difficulties with life transitions. We can work together to repair and heal old wounds, using a combination of approaches tailored to your needs.

My experience working with people who struggle with alcohol and other substance misuse and body image issues means I take into account the individual, the family, the culture, and the environment. I provide support for folks with gender and other identities exploration and/or concerns from a non-judgmental, expansive approach.

I know that one size does not fit all, and people are working to figure out who they are in an often stressful and chaotic world. I am committed to helping folks understand themselves better and manage anxiety, depression, and other struggles. We can work together to help you develop a deeper sense of self compassion and peace with who you are.
