About

I have undergone extensive clinical training to address various mental health concerns across all age groups. My experience includes working with diverse populations, particularly children and their families, where I focuse on individual healing to promote healthier dynamics within family, school, and community systems. I employ an integrative, client-centered approach, creating a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I value the therapeutic relationship and I serve as a supportive partner, helping clients navigate life's challenges.

In my sessions, clients can expect empathetic listening, collaborative goal-setting, and the development of tailored coping strategies. I utilize various modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and holistic wellness approaches.

I aim to empower clients to face external stressors with resilience while engaging in a meaningful healing process. I invite you to reach out to The Family Center of Maine to schedule a time to get started in this work together.
