Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist
Note: I am not accepting clients. My mission is to inspire and support the development of people and their relationships. As a therapist, I promote growth in individuals, couples and families, helping clients with life transitions and/or emotional healing. Many of the common growing pains we encounter as humans, include stage of life issues, such as, major career changes, relational conflict, child rearing, empty nest, elder care, financial hardship, illness, and grief. My advanced marriage & family therapy education and breadth of life experience enable me to help my clients gain new perspectives on their challenges. Let’s work together to identify your unique strengths and a path forward as you manage life changes, stressors or trauma. As we engage, we may uncover negative thought patterns, ineffective coping strategies and limiting core beliefs. You will learn that you have the power to replace thoughts and behaviors which get in the way of achieving your life goals. With God, I have overcome a variety of experiences throughout my life, as a professional woman of color, wife of many years, mother of three, daughter of older parents, sibling to six and friend of many. Now, I am grateful to be walking in my God given purpose to help other people on their journeys. Reach out today to discuss your goals.
