I love working as a mental health counselor because I have the privilege of accompanying others through life's incredible challenges; seasons of self-doubt, anxiety, loss, confusion, anger. I am also able to join in life's incredible moments of connection, beauty, confidence and success. It is within this swirl of life that authenticity and strength can grow. I work with clients of all ages who are struggling with personal, social, emotional and circumstantial challenges.I help clients work towards their goals by highlighting personal strengths, and introducing useful tools. Success takes many forms, including better personal relationships, greater self-confidence, and a calmer state of mind.
