I am a certified EMDR therapist, specializing in individual counseling, PTSD, dissociative disorder, anxiety, and depression. I use creative counseling techniques integrating Mindfulness, relaxation techniques and Heartmath, to enhance therapeutic outcomes with adults, children, adolescents and teens. I am a trained EMDR therapist for those who have experienced trauma in it's many forms. I also have advanced training in: Stress management, Loss and Grief therapy, Behavioral Modification and Mindfulness therapy. I am a member in good standing with the American Counseling Association and EMDRIA. Our office offers a safe, comfortable space for you to explore your emotions. My counseling practice integrates Eastern and Western philosophies. Offering a well-balanced range of traditional therapies unique to each individuals needs. We will work together so you are able to manage and resolve the core emotional stressors that brought you into therapy. I am dedicated to our military and offer special rates for Veterans and their families in a private, safe and calm atmosphere. I focus my work on the latest therapeutic reseach for help with issues such as deployment separation, Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder, Depression and Anxiety.
