About

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, emphasizing the unique needs of each client and adapting my methods to address those needs effectively. I strive to empower clients and help them build confidence as they navigate life transitions, face relationship challenges, and cope with anxiety, depression, or past trauma.

I draw from a variety of counseling approaches to tailor my work to each client's needs, incorporating techniques from Attachment Theory, EFT, Person-Centered Therapy, Gottman Theory, Bowenian Family Therapy, CBT, and Trauma-Focused Narrative Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Discernment Counseling and Premarital Counseling.

I believe that creating a safe space and fostering a strong therapeutic connection are essential steps toward meaningful change. I work with individuals seeking an empathetic, person-centered, and emotion-focused therapist to help them develop a stronger sense of self, gain deeper insights, feel empowered, and build healthier connections with others.
