About

Sometimes we carry burdens that are so heavy it's hard to find a direction to walk in or remember where we are headed. It can be intimidating to stop and take that moment to look inside, but it can also be healing. As a therapist, it would be a privilege to walk alongside you during this part of your journey and help you carry some of the weight as you process your emotions and experiences, learn new skills and new ways to manage life's difficulties, become more attuned with yourself, and find the path you want to take.

I take a trauma-informed and humanistic approach where I believe all clients have the potential to heal, grow, and change. I use techniques from various modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), parts work, inner child work, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices.

You deserve to feel safe, heard, and understood. I offer a space that is supportive, compassionate, and encouraging. Every step counts, even making that first call.
