We are born innately curious, equipped with tools and perseverance to succeed in life. We are so strong and capable, full of great intuition and instincts. As babies and young children, we know our own truth and speak it confidently. As we grow, in order to fit in with life and society around us, we compromise our needs and ideals. We want to please others and feel acceptance. As a result, we may sacrifice our own beliefs. Trauma and oppression become obstacles in our path to healthy relationships, with our self and others. We feel individual, collective, and societal pain. Despite this disharmony we can achieve great beauty and righteousness. People are strong. We are strong individually and even stronger when we work together. Our minds and bodies are capable of so much. We each hold the key to our own choices and optimal wellbeing. Change is possible and necessary for the empowerment of individuals, families and communities. Experienced in working with individuals across life's stages and changes, I offer nonjudgmental empathy and support whilst providing a fresh perspective and new opportunities. Working together, I hold for you a safe space, honoring vulnerabilities and unlocking authentic trust. In our every deliberation, we must ‘be the change we wish to see in the world.'
