Our internal worlds are richer than we can imagine. They are home to our most difficult feelings and wounds, as well as our greatest gifts and deepest truths. They hold our keys to healing. Going inside can be challenging, yet incredibly fruitful. A seasoned partner can help make internal work less overwhelming and more empowering. In my experience, exploration of our internal world can help us live more regulated, meaningful, resourced, and authentic lives. I help people engage with their internal selves through a mix of approaches such as somatics, parts work, mindfulness, metaphor/symbolism, and nervous system regulation. I am always honored to be allowed into another’s internal experience. Together we’ll build the trust and relationship needed to connect to and care for your internal self. We’ll also explore the relationship between your internal and external experiences, and help you discover the wisdom and resources inside of you needed to face your external challenges. Whether you are new to this work or want to explore more deeply, I will attune to you and meet you where you are. While I enjoy working with a variety of people and challenges, I have a deep passion for trauma healing. I also work well with people who are highly sensitive. If you feel like I may be the right partner for your internal work, please reach out.
