About

I'm open to various referrals but specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, emotional regulation, grief, couples and family counseling, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. While confident in treating these, I'm open to exploring other areas. Clients seek effective coping strategies for short and long-term relief. I delve into deeper roots over sessions for lasting change, prioritizing rapport, immediate coping tools, empathy, and genuine support initially.

My counseling philosophy is strengths-based and holistic, addressing physical, social, and emotional needs. I utilize various modalities including Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, CBT, Person-Centered, DBT, and Narrative Therapy. My goal is for each client to feel valued, safe, and heard, guiding them in their journey to thrive.

Music sparked my passion for helping others, leading me to pursue a master's in Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling. I cherish witnessing clients' growth, guiding them through struggles with empathy and humor. Counseling is my passion, aiming for clients' holistic wellbeing through genuine connection and support.
