About

Many of us are shaped by external influences—family, peers, authority figures, and the media. Often, we're unaware of how these forces impact our sense of self, leading to disconnection and dissatisfaction as we navigate lives built on others' expectations rather than our own needs. Sometimes, we might not even know what we truly want or need. My approach to therapy provides a nurturing, non-judgmental space to explore your true self and uncover your genuine needs and desires. I enjoy working with men to deprogram societal expectations that cause harm, helping them find their true selves beneath cultural conditioning.

I support you in increasing your ability to feel and process emotions, providing comfort during challenging times. Together, we can learn to accept and embrace your emotions without judgment, using self-compassion and a growth-oriented mindset. This journey will enhance your awareness and help you shed old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.

With roots in the Hispanic community, I am connected to this culture and drawn to working with the Hispanic population. As a working mother, I enjoy helping other working moms navigate the pressures of being career-minded parents. I am honored to support clients in discovering new ways of being with compassion, empathy, and love.
