About

Recognizing you need support or that something needs to shift in your life is truly brave. I’m deeply committed to building a collaborative relationship with my clients. I meet you where you’re at, provide a safe space to process feelings and experiences, and help you discover your path to heal and thrive. I work from a person-centered, strength-based approach & believe that building trust within the therapeutic relationship is an important piece to successful therapy. My therapy style is eclectic, I incorporate different treatment styles to meet your unique needs. No two people are the same, therefore therapy should reflect this.

With a certification in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling, I specialize in supporting parents navigating perinatal/postpartum mental health needs. I also specialize in areas of depression, anxiety, grief & loss, health/chronic illness, life transitions, attachment trauma & life stress.

You know yourself best and have the tools within you to make great change. I will support you as you uncover those tools, explore, make connections, and learn more about yourself and how you engage with the world around you. Let’s get to work creating positive change within your life. I look forward hearing from you!
