I am a trained and experienced perinatal psychotherapist to walk with you on this journey of family planning, transition, adjustment, mood and anxiety changes. New and relearned coping skills can allow individuals to regain self-confidence and solid footing to navigate life's changes. Approaches used in my psychotherapeutic practice include: trauma-informed, attachment-based, CBT, grief and loss, EMDR, solution-focused, reflective process. I offer space for clients to process emotions, feel validated, problem-solve, reflect, locate inner/outer resources to manage this often unsettling terrain.
