I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. I have worked in a variety of settings such as inpatient, residential, nonprofit, domestic violence, and private practice which have provided a substantial amount of knowledge about appropriate levels of care. I have worked with presenting concerns such as mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach is client-centered: a compassionate, warm, and collaborative approach to connect with clients and understand their goals to improve their quality of life. My work is greatly influenced by my background in CBT, DBT, behavior modification, and positive psychology. In my free time, I like to be outdoors, spent time with family and friends, and travel to learn about different cultures.
