I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I provide therapy to teens and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety and stress (general anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety, OCD, etc.) and also enjoy working with clients to resolve relationship issues, familial distress and self-esteem challenges. I also have considerable experience treating clinical concerns of depression and other mood disorders, behavioral concerns, academics issues, work related concerns, ADHD and executive dysfunction, grief and loss, and body image concerns.
I am a solution-focused therapist invested in helping you achieve desired changes. I primarily provide treatment using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy modality, however my treatment remains flexible depending on the needs and preferences of my clients and their families. I often incorporate mindfulness, relational therapy, and strengths based therapy.
My approach to therapy is a supportive and collaborative one, where I use my own clinical expertise as well as my client’s individual desires for change to tailor my treatment to each person and develop a positive and effective therapeutic experience. I especially value the importance of a strong relationship and providing a safe space.
