About

Hello, my name is Maria (she/they) and I am so looking forward to working with you! Finding a therapist can be incredibly challenging, but you’ve already taken the first step! As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment for you to be yourself and feel safe as we work together to achieve your goals. As someone who is queer and neurodivergent, your identity and unique life experiences are important to me and I want you to feel safe enough to be your authentic self with me.

I approach therapy with an open mind and practice from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and identity affirming perspective. I have experience working with kids/adolescents as they develop many skills and boundaries, and helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more.

I would be honored to support you on your journey through therapy and be there to help you grow and learn more about yourself. If you have any questions, please reach out to me, I look forward to hearing from you!
