I am currently not accepting new clients. We all have our own path to walk and challenges to face, but we don’t need to be alone on our journey to meet challenges, heal and grow. I believe in the power of a therapist/client relationship based on non-judgment, trust, openness, compassion and support. I work to create a safe space where the client can feel safe to discuss their experience. My approach comes from a humanistic, person-centered, psycho-dynamic perspective incorporating techniques from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuroscience, Compassion Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I graduated with an MS in CMHC from Southern New Hampshire University. My work experiences include treatment of adults in both private practice and community mental health. I run a NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group and a Survivors of Suicide Loss Group. I am passionate about learning and keeping informed of current thinking in the field. I have a special interest in working with clients recovering from trauma. In addition, I have experience working with grief issues, anxiety, depression, persistent mental illness and the elderly population. I welcome all culturally diverse groups with sensitivity and acceptance.
