About

To those around you, you are a loving, caring, strong, supportive mother. But inside you are dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, and fluctuating moods. Perhaps a past traumatic experience continues to live in your present, or maybe those around you are noticing a change in you since the birth of your baby. Maybe you are struggling with time management or trying to adjust to your new role and identity. No matter where you are in your journey through motherhood, the time is now to learn that you can be the best version or yourself, not only for yourself but for those you love and who love you.

I believe that once a trusting therapeutic relationship is formed, healing and growth can begin. I am here to provide you with a safe space where together, we will explore ways to practice self care, look into barriers that block you, help you learn effective coping strategies and develop meaningful ways to help you connect with your baby, child, or spouse.

Between my education in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, personal experiences and my passion to support other mothers and their families, I am here when you are ready to take the first step towards healing. "You are not alone. You are not to blame. With help you will be well."- Post Partum Support International
